Payment Method: We accept debit & credit cards and PayPal.
Late Shows: Our drivers will give you a call upon arrival and wait for 15 minutes from your scheduled pickup time. If you're over 15 minutes late, give us a call right away so that we can schedule our next available driver.
Cancellation Policy: We request at least a 24 hour advance notice for any trip cancellations.
* Wait time rate: For round trips with drop-off locations over 15 miles from our office location that require over 60 minutes of wait time, a wait time rate of $50.00 per hour billed in 15-minute increments applies.
** Surcharge rate: For wheelchair transportation trips with pick-up addresses over 10 miles from our office location, a $20.00 surcharge applies. For gurney transportation trips with pick-up addresses over 20 miles from our office location, a $100.00 surcharge applies.
